Dr. Daniela Matenaar

Daniela Matenaar interessiert sich für die Erforschung der Evolution von Insekten und Biodiversitätsschutz im Allgemeinen, hierbei insbesondere für das Management von Monitoringmaßnahmen und den Einfluss von Klimawandel und Landnutzungswandel auf die Artenvielfalt. Sie erforscht die Taxonomie und Phylogenie kryptischer und flugunfähigen Kurzfühlerschrecken mit geographischen Schwerpunkt auf Südafrika und Südamerika.
